EviTrac (“the App”) is developed and operated by Sweet Water & Electric, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains what information EviTrac collects, how that information is used and stored, and the choices available to users regarding their data.
EviTrac is designed to help property owners, managers, contractors, maintenance personnel, asset managers, and other authorized users document inspections, maintenance activities, service requests, assets, and related activities.
Information We Collect
Depending on how EviTrac is used, the App may collect and process:
• Email addresses
• User comments and other in-app messages
• Photos and videos submitted by users
• App activity and interactions
• Device or other identifiers used to authorize devices and access
• Information associated with properties, assets, inspections, maintenance activities, and service requests
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide EviTrac's functionality, synchronize information among authorized users, maintain inspection and maintenance records, provide AI-assisted analysis and documentation, authorize access, protect the service from unauthorized use, and support application operation.
Photos, videos, comments, and related information submitted to EviTrac may become part of inspection, maintenance, property, or asset records and may be accessible to other authorized users who have been granted access to the same collection.
AI Processing
EviTrac may use artificial intelligence services to analyze user-submitted photos, videos, comments, and related information in order to generate descriptions, observations, summaries, recommendations, and other assistance. Information is processed only as necessary to provide these features.
Data Sharing
We do not sell users' personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate EviTrac, including cloud infrastructure and AI-processing services, as necessary to provide the App's functionality.
Data Security
Information transmitted by EviTrac is transmitted using encrypted connections. EviTrac uses cloud services and access controls designed to protect stored information. Device identifiers may be used to authorize approved devices and help prevent unauthorized access.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information is retained as necessary to provide EviTrac's functionality, maintain operational and inspection records, comply with legal obligations, and support security and auditing requirements.
Users may request deletion of their EviTrac account information and associated data by contacting Sweet Water & Electric, Inc. Certain information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
Deletion requests can be made using the EviTrac Data Deletion Request page available through the EviTrac Google Play listing.
