DiscoverTracker uses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities on your device to discover and configure nearby compatible hardware devices. To perform these functions, the app accesses the following device features:
• Bluetooth — to scan for and communicate with nearby compatible devices
• Wi-Fi / Network Information — to facilitate device configuration and data transmission
• Location — required by the Android operating system to enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi scanning
How We Use Information
Information accessed through Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and location services is used solely for discovering, identifying, and configuring compatible hardware devices.
Any network credentials or configuration details entered by the user are transmitted directly to the hardware device being configured. These credentials are not stored, logged, or collected by Sweet Water & Electric.
Data Storage
DiscoverTracker does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to external servers.
All data used by the app remains on the user’s device or is sent directly to the hardware device during configuration.
